Хранене при деца с хронични възпалителни чревни заболявания

Резюме

През последните десетилетия честотата на хроничните възпалителни заболявания (ХВЧЗ) в детска възраст рязко се увеличава. Натрупват се повече данни за ролята на западния начин на хранене и промяната в микробиома за отключването им. Диетата има и основно място за лечението и поддържането на ремисия при деца с ХВЧЗ. В настоящия обзор се разглежда ролята на храненето за развитието и лечението на болестта на Крон и улцерозен колит при деца.
