Заболявания с хепато-пулмонално засягане

Резюме

Едновременно засягане на белите дробове и черния дроб може да бъде разглеждано в контекста на едно заболяване, на две независими заболявания, протичащи едновременно или като усложнение на единия орган в резултат на заболяване на другия. В първата група попадат заболявания като дефицит на алфа-1 антитрипсин, муковисцидоза, ехинококоза, саркоидоза и други хронични инфекции. Втората група включва например интерстициална белодробна болест и автоимунен хепатит, бронхиална астма и метаболитно асоциирана мастна чернодробна болест и други. В третата група могат да бъдат отнесени белодробни метастази от първичен тумор на черния дроб или хепато-пулмонален синдром при чернодробна цироза. В този обзор накратко се описват характерните симптоми и диагностичния подход при някои от заболяванията, при които са налице симптоми едновременно от белите дробове и черния дроб.
