Ролята на пробиотиците в лечението на метаболитния синдром

Резюме

Въведение. Чревният микробиом играе основна роля в патогенезата на метаболитния синдром (ergo абдоминалното затлъстяването).

Целта на това проучване е да се направи преглед на литературата, за да се установи ролята на пробиотиците в лечението на метаболитния синдром.

Материал и методи чрез използване на ключови думи: рrobiotic, prebiotic, biogenics, head-killed bacteria, inflammation; NAFLD; dysbiosis; intestinal permeability, metabolic syndromе в достъпните бази данни Scopus, ScienceDirect, WebofScience, PubMed, UpToDate се търсят резултати, които да установят такава роля.

Резултати: Приложението на пробиотици, пребиотици и биогени може да облекчи абдоминалното затлъстяване чрез регулиране на състава на чревния микробиом, потискане на метаболитното възпаление и подобряване на метаболизма на липидите и глюкозата. Заключение. Регулирането на чревния микробиом с пробиотици, пребиотици и биогени може да се окаже ефективна терапевтична стратегия за профилактика и лечение на метаболитния синдром.
