Проблеми с храненето при недоносени деца с интраутеринна хипотрофия

Резюме

Новородените с интраутеринно ограничен растеж са изложени на по-висок риск от трудности при захранване, епизоди на непоносимост към хранене, некротизиращ ентероколит и по-дълъг болничен престой. Този обзор е фокусиран върху причините и проблемите свързани с ентералното хранене при тези деца и възможноститe да бъдат преодолени. Храненето с майчина кърма и добавяне на различни нутриенти спомагат за по-добър толеранс. Комбинацията от интраутеринна малнутриция и постнатално затруднено хранене е свързана с късни неблагоприятни метаболитни последици при тях. Оптимизирането на ентералното хранене при недоносени с интраутеринна хипотрофия остава предизвикателство за клиницистите въпреки напредъка в неонаталните грижи.
