Ентерално хранене при деца със синдром на късо тънко черво

Резюме

Синдромът на късо тънко черво (СКТЧ) е най-честата причина за тънкочревна недостатъчност при деца. Целта на лечението на СКТЧ е чрез подходяща интестинална рехабилитация да се достигне ентерална автономия. За целта е нужно да настъпи чревна адаптация с последващи структурни и функционални промени в тънкото черво. Ентералните храни са необходим фактор за стимулиране на адаптацията. Децата със СКТЧ имат изразена малабсорбция, което налага внимателно проследяване на антропометричните и лабораторни показатели, за да се предотврати недоимъкът на хранителни вещества и за поддържане на адекватен растеж и развитие. От особена важност е мултидисциплинарен подход в грижите за тези деца.
